REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or undamaged, with tags and in the original packaging. You must also use the receipt or proof of purchase. We are not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning your product to our warehouse.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at Rivviano@outlook.com If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returns Just Items
Certain types of goods cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers or plants), specialty products (such as special orders or personalized goods) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Contact us if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
Requests for refunds/returns of sale items
Amenthis regrets to inform our valued customers that we are unable to accept returns/exchanges or process refund requests for our end of season promotional items. The basis of this policy is the unique nature of these items. Promotional items at the end of the season, ie. items marked "on sale" provide significant discounts to our customers so that we can clear out the warehouse and make room for new collections. By passing these savings on to our customers, we ensure that they have access to high quality fashion clothing at unbeatable prices. However, in order to maintain these promotions at an affordable price, we have to maintain a strict no return or refund policy as the discounts offered do not allow us to absorb the costs associated with returns and refunds. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchases before finalizing them. We remain committed to delivering exceptional value and service throughout your shopping experience. (Please note that this also means that these "sale items" are excluded from our 30-day returns policy).
Exchange
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund on your original payment method. Remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
